Are you a dedicated and service-oriented professional seeking an opportunity to contribute meaningfully? Our client, a distinguished leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a motivated Front Office Administrator to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive visitor, answer telephone (in-bound call) enquiries
Update of price plan and tracking of cost allocation of mobile plans
Submitting data for reports update on a monthly basis.
Create invoices using SAP
Create and liaise with vendor for staff photo
Submit of quarterly carpark submission, cost allocation and payment request form
Arrange for fruits basket and visa for other employees
Perform other administrative duties tasked by the supervisor
What're we looking for?
1–3 years of relevant experience as a corporate receptionist or in customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Min GCE "O" levels
Familiar with SAP will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Location:
UE Square (Nearest MRT: Fort Canning)
