  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Overview:

The primary goal of Speaker Coordinator is to ensure that speakers are fully supported before, during, and after their sessions. This includes ensuring their presentations are seamless, that the event runs on schedule, and that any technical or logistical issues are addressed promptly.

Working hours:


6 May

- 8.30am - 5.30pm
- 1pm - 5.30pm

7 may

- 8.30am - 5.30pm


Attire : Formal Attire


- Black formal long sleeves button shirt
- Black Formal Pants
- Black formal shoes or flats

Responsibilities :


Be the primary point of contact for all speakers throughout the event. Address any immediate needs, issues, or concerns that may arise.
Tracking and getting speakers to the conference room 30mins before conference
Ensure all AV equipment is functioning properly and support any last-minute technical adjustments required by speakers
Ensure that speakers have access to technical support, troubleshooting any issues with presentations, microphones, or equipment.
