Job Summary:
Seeking a reliable team player to handle daily operations, follow up on customer orders, plan staff rosters, and prepare product quotations. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to take on tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Key Duties:
-Supported day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
-Took responsibility for customer orders, including timely follow-ups and ensuring service satisfaction.
-Performed efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
-Communicated and coordinated effectively with team members to streamline operations.
-Planned and managed staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and resource optimization.
-Prepared quotations and pricing for products and services, ensuring clarity and accuracy for clients.
Key Requirements:
-Min. 1 year relevant experience
-Able to work on Rotational / Weekend Shift
