HR Generalist
Location: Gulway
Duration: Jun 2025 – Jan 2026 , Office Hours
Salary: Up To $5,000/Month
Job scope:
Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and supporting candidate selection
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal obligations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering guidance in line with company policies and employment legislation
Advise on employee relations matters such as grievances, conduct, and disciplinary issues, ensuring alignment with legal standards and company procedure
Collect, analyze, and present HR metrics, including turnover, headcount, and employee engagement data
Oversee the accurate and timely submission of required statutory surveys and compliance documentation
Support end-of-year HR processes such as performance evaluations, merit increases, and bonus administration
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Management or Human Resource
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or business partner roles, with exposure to HR operations and strategic HR practices
Experience in a plant or manufacturing setting, with a good understanding of its dynamics and challenges, along with handling foreign employees
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and statutory requirements
Meticulous approach to problem-solving and implementation of HR practices
