Job Description
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 5:00pm (5.5-day work week)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service via hotline calls, emails, and walk-ins
Process orders and customer enrolments through various purchase platforms
Issue products to customers and handle packing for deliveries and courier services
Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries
Maintain accurate daily sales reports, stock records, and perform stock counts
Receive and arrange stock in the warehouse; manage stock replenishment
Provide after-sales service support (e.g. repairs)
Check and verify invoices and order forms
Assist in purchasing of merchandise and spare parts
Prepare inventory and administrative reports
Perform filing and other general administrative duties
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
