Monday to Friday, 6.50am 3.50pm (30 mins break)
The working hours may be adjusted as necessary to meet the operational needs of the school.
Duties:
Science Lab Support
Maintain and organize science equipment and lab resources.
Prepare materials for lessons, experiments, and practical exams.
Procure equipment and conduct annual stock-taking.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and lab setup.
Coordinate with vendors for servicing and repairs.
Repair or arrange repairs for faulty equipment.
Ensure lab cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Monitor science room usage schedule.
IT & Technical Support
Set up IT equipment (e.g., projectors, tablets) for science lessons.
Perform printing and scanning tasks for science instruction.
Student & Teacher Support
Accompany students and teachers on learning journeys.
Assist sick or injured pupils in the sick bay.
Contact parents of sick pupils when needed.
Support classroom discipline and safety during science lessons.
General Administration
Handle reception duties: attend to visitors, calls, and lost-and-found.
Issue visitor passes and manage goods delivery.
Provide admin support at the general office.
Perform other tasks as assigned by school leadership.
Requirements:
Minimum secondary level preferred.
At least 3 years in a school setting.
Experience in lab work and customer service.
Basic IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
