Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily reconciliation and balancing for Deposits, Cards, and Unsecured Loans, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Identify discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records. Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Escalate any unresolved issues or exceptions to the Team Manager for further action.
Apply knowledge gained to propose and implement ideas for reducing manual processes and improving operational efficiency.
Assist and support the Team Manager/Leader in system enhancements, process improvements, and any other projects related to reconciliation processes.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and consistency across the reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
A diploma or higher education is preferred, though relevant banking reconciliation experience will also be considered.
1-2 years of experience in banking reconciliations is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with banking systems and reconciliation tools is an advantage.
