Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day operations at the clinics
- Communicate and provide assistance to our patients/members
- Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
- Maintain and update client database
- Management of invoice and payments at the clinics
- Participate in corporate events (if required)
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
- Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
- Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
- Confident and fluent in English.
Work Hours:
- Clinic opens from 7.30am to 8pm on weekdays and 7.30am to 1pm on Saturday
- Closed on Sunday and PH
- Fixed day off (2 days) during the week
- Less than 44 hours a week
