  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We offer a vibrant working environment with attractive health benefits. This role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:20 AM to 6:00 PM, and 2–3 weekdays for at least 6 hours.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day to day operations at the clinics
Be ambassadors of our mission – to enable our community to live life at its fullest
Communicate and provide assistance to our patients/members
Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
Maintain and update client database
Management of invoice and payments at the clinics
Participate in corporate events (if required)
Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition
Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
Believe in the mission – to enable our community to live life at its fullest
Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
Confident and fluent in English and Mandarin.
Previous experience in sales, customer service or working in clinics is preferred
