Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely processing of internal and external billings.
Prepare billing-related documents such as purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
Liaise with the Finance team and external vendors to clarify billing details and resolve payment issues promptly.
HR Administrative Support
Assist with HR documentation, including employee profiles, confirmation letters, increment and bonus letters.
Ensure all employee personnel files are accurately maintained and updated.
Support HR processes through data entry and general admin tasks.
General Administration
Provide logistical and secretarial support such as meeting scheduling, venue setup, and materials preparation.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of admin duties.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant administrative or HR support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
