Job Description:
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Managing employee separation processes
Assignment of individual employees to different roles
Processing of payroll in a timely manner.
Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees.
Maintaining positive relations with employees and management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business/Social sciences or other related fields
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
