Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the setup, operation, and dismantling of audio-visual equipment for a wide range of events, particularly corporate events. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and dismantle AV equipment
  • Conduct pre-event testing to ensure equipment functionality and compatibility.
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
  • Coordinate with clients and event coordinators to ensure AV requirements are met.
  • Maintain and organize AV equipment, ensuring all gear is in working order.
  • Transport and safely handle AV equipment between locations as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in AV setup and event support (1-2 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site under time pressure.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
