Part-Time Graphic Designer (On-Site – Furniture & Interiors)
Location: Singapore (On-site, flexible days)
Commitment: Part-time – 2 to 3 days/week

About Us
We are a B2B furniture distributor in Singapore representing established brands, focused on commercial and office loose furniture. With over 7 years in the industry, we work closely with interior designers and project teams on office and hospitality spaces.
As we grow our brand presence, we’re looking for a creative on-site part-time Graphic Designer to help develop marketing materials, product visuals, and design packs that speak to the design industry.
Your Role
You’ll work on-site with our team 2–3 days a week and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing support team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing & Catalog Layout
- Design templates and layouts for product listings (for both print and web)
- Organize and format product details, dimensions, and photos
- Work with the team to ensure product visuals look consistent and professional
2. Mood Boards & Design Packs
- Create designer-style mood boards using our product range
- Build themed collections (e.g. minimalist, luxe, modern workspace)
- Assist in visual storytelling of products
3. Product Marketing Materials
- Design brochures, collection PDFs, and sales decks
- Create visuals for designer previews, launches, and campaigns
4. Product Listing & Catalog Layout
- Design templates and layouts for product listings (for both print and web)
- Organize and format product details, dimensions, and photos
- Work with the team to ensure product visuals look consistent and professional
5. Website Graphics
- Design and update homepage banners, collection previews, and promo visuals for our website
- Create icons, visuals, and layouts to improve user experience and product presentation
- Collaborate on the look and feel of new landing pages or design campaigns
6. Brand & Social Media Support
- Develop reusable templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters
- Design visuals for new launches, designer stories, and product spotlights
7. Marketing Team Support
- Work closely with our marketing team to:
- Design visuals for campaigns, EDMs, and social ads
- Assist in layout of blog content and design tips
- Create promotional materials for events or previews.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freelance or in-house)
- Portfolio that showcases visual layout, product or brand storytelling
- Skilled in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bonus: familiarity with Figma, basic web layout, or light animation
- Good visual eye for interior design, commercial spaces, and modern aesthetics
- Team player who enjoys working in a small but creative environment

- Location: On-site at our office in Singapore
- Hours: 2–3 days a week, flexible timing
- Contract: Part-time, 3-month renewable (or longer if a good fit)
