Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Golf Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee major golf events and club-related activities, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., course maintenance, events, and safety/security teams).
- Act as the liaison between event organizers and internal stakeholders to manage event logistics, course preparation, and competition regulations.
- Provide feedback on golf course conditions and recommend improvements for enhanced user experience.
- Independently manage golf tournaments and assist with event execution, ensuring adherence to event protocols.
- Monitor and guide members play in accordance with established golf by-laws, and support reviews or updates to operational guidelines.
- Respond to general golf-related inquiries, member feedback, and handicap-related matters.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the golf course and driving range, maintaining quality service delivery through partnerships with golf training academies or vendors.
- Supervise and brief golf operations staff to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain and enforce emergency procedures, including course closure protocols and first aid response processes.
- Ensure accurate submission of daily operational reports, including reports on safety concerns, equipment damage, and other exceptions such as late arrivals or cancellations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification; a Diploma in Sport or Event Management or related field is preferred.
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in operations within the golf, hospitality, or service industries.
- Experience in event coordination will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette is desirable.
- Strong service orientation and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Possesses patience and professionalism when handling feedback or concerns.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 + Mobile Allowance + AWS + VB (1 Month)
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
- Rotating shifts: 6:45 am to 4:00 pm / 9:00 am to 6:15 pm / 10:45 am to 8:00 pm
- Staff transport provided at Bedok and Tanah Merah MRT stations
