Duties And Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of accounting (AP, AR & GL);
- Generate billings to customers;
- Responsible for month end & year end closing of accounts;
- Prepares financial statements and management reports;
- Assist to prepare consolidated accounts schedules;
- Prepare XBRL file for annual return filing;
- Prepare forecast cash flow reports;
- Prepare GST return;
- Prepare annual tax return and tax schedules;
- Prepare forecast and budget financial statements;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounting
- ACCA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or related major;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn;
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin to manage client portfolio
