Key responsibilities
This role reports to the Content Director. In this role you will...
- Be the primary liaison between Agency and Clients for content projects, ensuring briefs are met with quality and timelines
- Develop and implement content strategies that aligns with the campaign objectives, target audience and brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.
- Oversee creation and execution of strategic content plans and campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure high-quality campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and action plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients, articulating strategic insights, creative solutions, and campaign results.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to grow the agency’s client portfolio.
Ideally
- 3 or more years of experience in the creative/media advertising industry, with a focus on content, influencer, partnerships
- Familiarity with content distribution and amplification strategies, including social media advertising and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of client needs, advertising industry trends, and best practices.
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity & changes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client, partner and agency relationships.
- An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimise content performance
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Strong track record to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects, strong organizational skills, excellent communicator with all stakeholders and external parties.
