Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Lead – Sales to support our pre-sales and solutioning efforts in data engineering projects. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, especially in the areas of Snowflake, Advanced SQL, Data Engineering, GBI ETL Framework, and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical point of contact during pre-sales engagements and customer discussions.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored data engineering solutions.
- Design and present high-level architecture, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals.
- Lead technical demonstrations, workshops, and consultations for clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP responses and technical documentation.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Snowflake, ETL frameworks, and cloud data engineering tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Snowflake – architecture, development, and administration
- Advanced SQL – performance tuning, complex queries, and data transformation
- Data Engineering – building robust pipelines and handling large data volumes
- GBI ETL Framework – deep understanding of GBI processes and tools
- Python – scripting and data processing
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
