Be part of our HR Analytics & Systems team, where you'll drive Enterprise Singapore's people strategies through data-driven insights. As our HR Business Analyst, you'll transform workforce data into strategic recommendations, partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our organisational effectiveness.

[What you will be working on]
You will be responsible for:
Data Architecture & Governance – Develop & maintain our HR data architecture, ensuring integration of people data form multiple systems and offline sources into our data warehouse. Establish robust data governance frameworks and taxonomy standards
Dashboarding & Visualisation – Engage stakeholders to understand their strategic people objectives and translate them into meaningful metrics & KPIs through interactive dashboards to enable data-driven people decisions
Analytics & Insights – Analyse HR data to derive insights that drive people strategy and policy decisions, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Process Improvement – Apply systems thinking and identify opportunities for process optimisation across the HR processes. Design and implement innovative solutions leveraging AI and automation solutions.
Stakeholder & Change Management – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions that address specific organisational needs

[What we are looking for]
Background & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics or similar data analysis role
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
  • Understanding of HR metrics / KPIs, and policies/processes
Technical Capabilities
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and develop compelling data narratives
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data privacy compliance
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a plus
  • Understanding of AI applications in HR analytics is a plus
