Introduction:

We are looking for a Principal Analyst in Manufacturing Finance. In this role, you are expected to be highly effective working with various teams in providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Your Job:

• Prepare of outlook, forecast and budget of Financial Statements/Management reports

• Prepare and analyse project cost and benefits

• Monthly, quarterly review and analyse of Financial Statements/project cost

• Support manufacturing operations in analyzing financial and operations results for decision making

• Work closely with modules to support the Fabs in cost reduction activities

• Assume ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications

• Above 5 years of financial planning analysis, business partnering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of team members, management, and cross functions

• Strong analytical mind

• Self-motivated to continuously improve processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good verbal, written, and listening skills as well as ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate, and interact professionally with personnel at various levels to drive sound business decisions.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently

• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
