Responsibilities
Administrative support HR Department
Basic IT administrative work; and to liaise with outsourced IT vendor
Manage company vehicles
Preparation of monthly reports
Relevant ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in HR's policies and procedures
MS Excel and MS Word
Matured, committed, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
Others:
5-day work week
