Job Title: Safety Coordinator

This role is to perform as in-house safety personnel to ensure company-wide safety compliance and associated projects as well.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with BizSAFE Star, ISO 45001, and all WSH regulations.

  • Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

  • Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox meeting regularly for all technicians and staff.

  • Maintain and update all safety documentation such as RA, SWP, MOS and so on.

  • Maintain records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training programs.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and management to promote a culture of safety.

  • Identify safety hazards and recommend practical solutions to mitigate risks.

  • Ensure and enforce the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Monitor compliance with safety procedures and policies and issue reports on violations.

  • Stay up to date with new regulations and safety trends.

Requirement:

  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health

  • Supervise Construction Work for WSH

  • Manage Work at Height

  • Must be familiar with WSH Act, legal requirements and all other relevant regulations withing construction industry
