We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth by building relationships, influencing decision-makers, and contributing to our sales strategy.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Client Relationship: Build strong relationships with decision-makers to offer tailored solutions.
Solution Selling: Present and sell Activants automation solutions through demos and discussions.
RFI/RFP Responses: Prepare professional responses to RFIs/RFPs, addressing client needs.
Solution Design: Demonstrate customized solutions and their benefits to clients.
Proposal Development: Collaborate on proposals, cost structures, and RFP responses.
Client Understanding: Identify client needs and recommend process improvements.
Product Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on our products and trends.
Workshops & PoC: Lead workshops and proof-of-concept engagements.
Feedback & Support: Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting: Update Sales Director on opportunity status and forecasts.
Sales Consultant Requirements:
Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years in IT sales, with knowledge of BPM, RPA, and OCR.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer Focus: Ability to deliver tailored solutions and build lasting relationships.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new products and adapt to industry shifts.
Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
