Job summary:

Office administration duties to ensure smooth office operations functionality.

Administrative duties:

Perform HR administration

Company annual renewal such as insurance, rental, BGs

Manage office supplies and equipment

Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment

Maintain proper documentation and filing

Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Directors

Working days: Mon to Fri, Sat (alternate)

Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm
