Job summary:
  • Flexible hours available

  • Expected salary: $2,800 per month

  • Handle customer enquiries via various channels.

  • Data entry, including processing of inquiries, Quotations, and process Sales orders from customers.

  • Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.

  • Check all POs from internal and external customers to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct.

  • Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met.

  • Provide clear instructions to team upon receiving of customers PO.

  • Monitor inventory stock level.

  • Manage customer order fulfilment plans for on-time delivery.
