What the role is:
We offer interesting and challenging work experience in Digital Design and Service Delivery. You can look forward in leading a dynamic team in exploring and evaluating emerging technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives, driving innovation and digital transformation within ACRA. Also given the opportunities to transform service delivery through identifying and translating new technologies to new ways of delivering services which are both business friendly and citizen-centric.
What you will be working on:
Partnering business stakeholders to build a culture of innovation, shape and accelerate the adoption of new Data, Design and Digital (D3) solutions by:
• Establishing ACRA Innovation Framework and partner with Corporate Planning and HR on rewards/recognition to encourage ground up innovation.
• Partnering with business divisions to pilot new D3 solutions.
• Centrally managing the procurement of software licenses including setting up innovation sandbox for Proofs-of-Concepts (POCs)/Pilots.
• Collaborating with software vendors to introduce new digital tools with hands on training to acquire the skills to co-develop relevant ACRA digital solutions.
• Conducting POCs and Pilots for new digital technologies and solutions such as AI, Analytics, with use cases and develop playbooks to show case these use cases.
Building up digital capabilities of ACRA staff for compliance, services, financial reporting, audit and operations by:
• Ensuring the D3 framework and training catalogue are up to date incorporating the latest D3 skillsets.
• Supporting the other departments to review the D3 persona of each staff and work towards the D3 targets set.
• Adopting industry best practices that are applicable to ACRA digital transformation and capabilities development.
• Scaling up the adoption of agile delivery, digital tools and platforms.
• Collaborating with business divisions to identify suitable business processes for services, compliance, financial reporting and audit to partner with respective divisions to automate or develop innovative products/solutions.
• Lead in the planning and execution of organisation-wide D3 training, tech site visits, technology days and hackathons to deepen D3 capabilities of ACRA staff.
What we are looking for:
• Professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ops Tech Integration and/ or in IT industry.
• Minimum with 3 years’ experience leading a team in ops tech integration and project management covering waterfall development lifecycle and agile delivery.
• Possess relevant experience in managing projects and change management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Good communication skills with ability to write and explain complex technology concepts that can be easily understood by all stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of technology trends such as AI, Open Government Tools and WOG platforms etc.
