We have been engaged by a leading Brokerage firm is search for a Senior HRBP
Responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage the entire employee life cycle, handling tasks such as contract preparation, employee record maintenance, contract renewals, compensation management, assessment confirmation, and resignation processes.
• Provide internal HR consultancy to management and staff, addressing a wide range of day-to-day HR needs and offering advice.
• Support SG HR functions, handling assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion of monthly HR reports and documentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in employee benefits, managing claims and reimbursements in adherence to rules and regulations, while ensuring compliance with industrial relations, employee relations, and policies.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned or requested by superiors.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in equivalent human resources roles, with a financial background. Possess a strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and the capacity to handle pressure effectively.
