Job Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders from various e-commerce platforms for shipment
• Generate and print shipping labels, packing lists, and other dispatch documents
• Update order statuses, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate with courier services for timely order collection and delivery
• Assist in basic administrative tasks like data entry, email inquiries, and order reconciliation
• Ensure packaging meets quality standards and resolve any order discrepancies
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) will be added advantage
