  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

I am currently working with a well known biotechnology research company. Office located in Woodlands - but there's shuttle bus provided from multiple MRT stations.

Salary structure: Base + bonus + ESOPs (we are a listed company)! Hybrid working arrangement - 1-2 days WFH. Working hours 8am to 5pm. Can end work early and have more personal time.

Our team focus on developing automated test infrastructure and bioinformatics tools using Python to analyze large genomic datasets, setting up a CI/CD and improving the databases and websites that we use for the verification activities

Work independently in cross-functional teams to lead the testing effort for data analysis software

Design and implement automated software verification framework and scripts

Work with bioinformatics scientists for data analysis, trouble shooting, and bioinformatics tool development

skills and requirements

Bachelor with min 5 years or Masters with min 3 years relevant experience or PhD

Strong software engineering fundamentals is required

Strong in Python. Strong understanding on ecosystem, CI/CD, jenkins, AWS, docker, kubernetes, test automation

Experience in designing or architecting automated verification framework and tests

(Plus point) Have a good understanding or interest in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or related field

Able to work in a Linux environment

Experience with CI/CD and related tools and cloud technologies is preferred
