Our client is seeking a Regional Senior Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is a critical senior leadership position within the Regional Marketing Brand team, responsible for shaping and ensuring the effective implementation of the global marketing strategy across key markets in APAC.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's brand presence in the APAC region. You will be responsible for developing region-specific marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives, defining media strategies, leading product launches, collaborating with local markets on innovative activation strategies, managing budgets, analysing campaign performance, and leading a team of marketing professionals. Your work will directly impact the company's growth in the APAC region.

• Develop region-specific marketing strategies and plans that align with overall brand and business objectives.

• Define the Regional Paid/Owned/Earned strategy and ensure local market alignment.

• Lead regional product launch activations.

• Collaborate with local markets to define innovative activation strategies for both on and off-trade.

• Manage the regional brand investment budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of regional marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs.

• Lead and mentor a team of regional marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Senior Marketing Manager role brings a wealth of experience in marketing within industries such as Wines & Spirits, Luxury Goods, Hospitality, Cosmetics or FMCG. You possess strong cross-functional abilities and have comprehensive knowledge in strategic brand building from media to product launches. Your operational marketing experience spans multiple market channels and territories within the APAC region. A high affinity for luxury products is essential along with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. Your analytical and creative skills will be key in this role.

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of Marketing experience in Wines & Spirits/ Luxury Goods / Hospitality / Cosmetics/ FMCG.

• Strong marketing experience with cross-functional work ability.

• Comprehensive knowledge in strategic brand building from media, PR, brand events to product launches.

• Strong operational marketing experience with multiple market channels and territories exposure within the APAC region.

• High affinity with luxury products, knowledge of/ experience with “premium” (online and offline) brand executions.

• Strong analytical & creative skills – comfortable in both a creative and analytical/financial environment.
