Job Responsibilities:

• Target Management: Participate in the formulation of performance plans for the overseas sales department; collect and summarize performance data, publish performance and operation reports, and conduct deviation analysis and improvements; be responsible for regularly feeding back payment data to sales management and payment tracking personnel, and taking overall consideration of payment completion status.

• Customer Management: Manage customer files, plan and implement customer classification and grading system, promote sales and maintain customer relationships in accordance with regulations; be responsible for reviewing channel partner certification and agreement signing, establish channel partner exit mechanism and supervise implementation.

• Sales Project Management: Responsible for the follow-up and processing of the overall number of leads and business opportunities, and for meeting the needs of the BU; responsible for the project review, commercial bid writing, bid preparation and assembly of company-level projects; responsible for the full life cycle management of contracts, including organizing contract reviews, contract decisions, and contract archiving.

• Order management: Responsible for the release of short-term and medium- to long-term demand plans and forecasts; responsible for receiving and reviewing sales orders and issuing them to the production department; responsible for feedback on delivery dates, tracking shipments, coordinating exceptions, and ensuring order delivery.

• Team management: Responsible for planning the department's organizational structure, annual budget, positions and job responsibilities,

• Responsible for the implementation and management of LTC processes, sales empowerment and daily sales business support; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

• Degree or above in business administration, international trade, marketing or related fields;

• 5 years of overseas sales operation management experience and certain sales experience, and be familiar with the LTC process of the overseas communications industry;

• Have data analysis ability, be proficient in using Excel, SQL tools and at least one statistical analysis or data mining tool, be able to perform performance analysis, output business reports and make analytical suggestions;

• Project management capabilities, be able to organize technical exchanges and technical negotiations for projects, organize sales project plan writing, bid preparation and assembly;

• Good organizational and coordination skills within and across departments, good negotiation and interpersonal communication skills, and strong self-motivation.
