Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous/Head Chef to lead culinary operations across two vibrant restaurant outlets in Singapore's bustling CBD. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen operations, inspire and guide the culinary team, ensure consistent quality, and deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily kitchen operations of two high-performing restaurant outlets.
· Develop, refine, and execute menus that showcase innovation, seasonality, and quality.
· Ensure food consistency and excellence in taste, presentation, and quality.
· Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and team development.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
· Monitor and control food cost, manage inventories, and oversee ordering of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
· Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, or similar senior culinary role, preferably managing multiple outlets.
· Strong culinary skills with expertise in menu development and execution.
· Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
· Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,200.00 per month
