Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist, who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, particularly in the planning and execution of E-commerce Operations, as well as leading the team to ensure smooth operations across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate E-commerce records and update inventory in the ERP system.
• Print Delivery Orders and packing lists multiple times daily from platforms like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify.
• Plan and schedule deliveries based on driver capacity and area requirements.
• Optimize, track and coordinate deliveries using the Fleet Management System.
• Support ad-hoc and cross-functional administrative tasks as assigned.
• Continuously improve administrative processes to boost efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to senior management and departments.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce support
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory/order management systems
• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week, including overtime on Saturdays if required
