Reporting into the APAC Business and Process Director, we are searching for a team member to join us as Corporate Strategy Senior Manager, Asia Pacific.

The Corporate Strategy Senior Manager, Asia Pacific will be looked upon to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our organization. What you will be doing
- Regional Business Strategy: Spearhead high-impact regional strategy projects that drive transformative results and accelerate business growth
- Country/ Business Unit strategy: Collaborate closely with business units on targeted initiatives that drive value and enhance bottom-line performance
- Pricing: Drive pricing optimization, enhance governance, and increase transparency to minimize value leakage
- Process improvement: Collaborate with process analysts to design, implement, and enforce efficient processes across business units
- Performance Management and Measurement: Establish and monitor key KPIs; recommend actions for ongoing improvement
- Analysis and insights: Analyze data to develop insightful reports and analyses, such as market and competitive landscapes
- Communication & Presentation: Create high-quality, impactful presentations to effectively communicate business strategies and performance to regional leadership.
- Stakeholder engagement: Present business strategy updates and progress reports to the executive team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders.
What we would love for you to have
- Degree in business, finance, commerce, economics, or engineering (supplemented with business or consulting experience)
- Significant experience in similar roles, preferably in in consulting, business development, internal strategy or a related role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solver; someone who think critically and has good judgement
- Goal- and result-oriented driven approach, even in time-critical situations
- Experience in project management would be desirable
- Advanced Excel skills and business presentations skills (i.e. slides)
- Strong data analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving
- General knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous
