Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
- Verify that passengers' documents are all in order for flight check-in.
- Front-desk duties at exclusive premier lounges.
- Meet and greet passengers at lounges reception.
- Assist passengers with special needs when required to.
Requirements:
- Local NITEC or Higher NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
- Candidates with Local Diploma will be considered for Officer role.
- Cheerful with pleasant communication skills
- Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
- 6-days work week, including overnight and weekend shifts
- Location: Changi Airport
