Dental Service Associate

We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Dental Service Associate to join our dental clinic team in Singapore. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment, managing front-desk operations, and assisting with administrative and clinical support tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and reminders
• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries about clinic services, fees, and procedures
• Handle billing, payment processing, insurance claims, and daily reconciliation
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
• Coordinate with dental assistants and clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow
• Support inventory control by tracking dental and office supplies
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the reception area
• Assist in basic chairside support during treatments (if trained)

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent; diploma in healthcare or business admin is a plus
• Prior experience in a dental or medical clinic is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient care
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using clinic management software
• Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin or other local languages is an advantage (to liaise with multilingual patients)
• Pleasant personality, team player, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
