We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Services Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy, patient-centric dental clinic in Singapore. With a focus on both administrative management and service excellence, you will ensure the clinic runs smoothly, from scheduling appointments to maintaining a high standard of patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 3+ years of experience in dental practice management to take on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinic Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Manage staff schedules, patient flow, and operational workflows.
- Staff Management: Supervise and provide leadership to a team of dental assistants, hygienists, receptionists, and other clinical staff. Conduct performance reviews and manage team development.
- Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive top-tier care and service by resolving complaints, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee clinic finances including budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and inventory management. Monitor revenue and expenses, and prepare financial reports for management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic complies with Singapore Dental Council (SDC) guidelines, health and safety regulations, and all relevant local laws.
- Marketing and Growth: Work with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic and attract new patients.
- Technology and Equipment: Ensure that all dental equipment is in good working condition and that the clinic is equipped with the latest technology.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Services Manager or in a similar administrative role in a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of dental office operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and inventory management
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar systems)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in healthcare management or related field is preferred, though not mandatory
