  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Prefer to have experience working in manufacturing/ aerospace / oil and gas industry

Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • Check part tag and verify part numbers upon receipt of parts for cleaning. Review work scope, manual and SOP specifications for correct process and solutions. Segregate parts for different processes. Select proper fixtures for processing.
  • Hand clean small parts as required and use protective gloves, masked, shields, and coats.
  • Operate Boogie oven for drying of parts after cleaning process.
  • Verify chemical analysis report prior to using the process tank.
  • Understand and able to operate Kircher Steam.
  • Perform degreasing of parts by aqueous clean, Steam Jet Clean and Acetone wipe clean.
  • Remove RTA rubber on stator shroud and use plastic blast to remove residual rubber on the parts.
  • Perform various blasting processes such as Grit biast, Plastic blast and Glass bead on engine parts.
  • Perform basic blasting machine maintenance, including dust collector cleaning.
  • Assist team member during new solutions and Top up chemical when necessary.
  • Perform chemical processes eg. Alkaline Derust & Descale & Clean , Alkaline Rust Remover and Acidic Descaling .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per month
