Job Responsibilities :
Interact with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person to provide product/service information, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
Listen to customer concerns, investigate issues, and propose timely, satisfactory solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services to offer accurate information.
Process customer orders, including order entry and ensuring timely delivery.
Use computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries
Job Requirements :
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a variety of tasks and learning requirements.
Basic computer skills to review order status, handle and input information into the system.
Minimum communication skills and comprehension level.
Willingness to support overtime as needed.
Good attendance and punctuality..
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Preference for long-term commitment.
