  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Available Position:

1) Part Time Baker (Ovenman)


Outlet/ Timing:

- 4 days a week inclusive 1 weekend (Sat or Sun). Minimum commitment 3 months & above.

- Minimum 6 hours per day (no break time).

- Timing based on outlet requirement/ schedule.

Job Descriptions:

Ensure right temperature and time setting per product being baked
Responsible to ensure all bread types (sweet bread, Danish, Euro, Toast) be baked according to standard
Able to perform quality control and reject inferior products
Able to maintain good quality products throughout his/her shift
Ensure no run out or excessive stocks
Able to dispense and display products in an organized manner
Hygiene & cleaning of the kitchen
Organize the kitchen area, floor and preparation areas are neat, ensure equipment are in good working condition
Adhere to and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the outlet in-charge

Requirements:


Keen to learn and show great passion in baking (oven section)
Able to stand for long hours
Able to adapt to fast-paced environment
Able to work in hot environment
Required to load and unload trays of breads of at least 3 to 5kg each.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timeline
