Ushering is often seen at events like conferences, concerts, theatres, sports games, and corporate events. The role is customer-facing and requires a friendly, approachable demeanour along with the ability to manage , help with the overall flow of the event.

- 7.30am - 11.30am


Attire : Formal Attire


- Black formal long sleeves button shirt
- Black Formal Pants
- Black formal shoes or flats

Responsibilities :


Help guests find their seats, direct them to specific areas (e.g., Washrooms, exits, refreshment stands), and provide information about the event.
Ensure that attendees enter and exit the venue in an orderly manner
Address any attendee concerns or issues (e.g., seating disputes, lost items) in a calm and professional manner.
