Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Generate and manage order documentation (e.g., packing slips, invoices, shipping labels).
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure the correct items are picked, packed, and shipped.
Ensure all customer orders are processed within the specified time frame.
Answer phone calls and emails related to order inquiries or issues.
Maintain accurate databases of orders and shipments.
Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly reports on order status, inventory levels, and shipping activities.
Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
Liaise between warehouse teams, customers, and other departments to ensure effective order fulfillment.
Adhere to warehouse policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards related to shipping, handling, and storage.
Required:
Previous experience in warehouse administration, order processing, or logistics is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of inventory management and order processing
