As a valued member of the Nimbus team, you’ll support the delivery of outstanding service, maintain daily operational efficiency, and assist in managing cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
Day-To-Day Duties
Cover shifts during staff shortages (e.g., sick leave) to ensure cleaning tasks are completed without disruption.
Ensure cleaning tasks are done properly, either through training or prior experience, to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure high service quality and address any concerns promptly.
Conduct audits and site visits to check cleaning standards and ensure accountability to clients.
Manage inventory and cleaning equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order and ready for use.
Check in with crew members to maintain good communication and address any concerns, and support training when needed.
Collaborate with account managers to identify and resolve any operational gaps, and handle any client requests.
Document and respond to operational incidents, ensuring issues are escalated when necessary for transparency and accountability.
