Job Scope:


Handle daily cargo bookings and confirm capacity with customers and airlines.
Provide guidance on airline product requirements and assist with booking administration.
Coordinate with customers, warehouse, carriers, and customs on shipment needs.
Track shipments and update customers on status.
Maintain customer relationships and support billing with accurate data.
