Job responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and contracts. Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Pass & Permit Management: Handle the application, renewal, and termination of staff passes and permits. Ensure accurate tracking and timely renewals.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate staff records in the HR system and physical files. Monitor pass expiry dates and update as necessary.
HR Support: Provide assistance with HR-related events, team activities, and general administrative support.
Process Management: Ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed for all pass and permit transactions.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR or Admin Manager.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the HR and admin field.
