Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Administrator to join our HR/Recruitment team. In this role, you will play a key support function in the hiring process by assisting recruiters with candidate management, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about talent acquisition and is looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Screening Support: Assist in conducting preliminary interviews with candidates who have been shortlisted by recruiters to assess suitability for role openings.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or relevant stakeholders.

  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for candidates by handling queries related to the application process, interview schedules, and job roles.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal databases.

  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Prepare interview notes, update feedback records, and follow up with candidates on required documents and next steps.

  • Support Recruiters: Work closely with recruitment officers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide administrative assistance throughout the recruitment cycle.

  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating pre-employment checks, and liaising with HR for onboarding schedules (as needed).

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and candidate engagement.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone or video calls.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply - Trainings will be provided.

Good to Have

  • Prior internship or work experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role.

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and terminology.

  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
