  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,200 - $3,200 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching of trucks and drivers to ensure timely delivery and pickups.

  • Monitor fleet movement using GPS tracking systems.

  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and clients to coordinate logistics.

  • Maintain accurate transport records, including delivery notes, driver logs, and vehicle inspection reports.

  • Assist in route planning to maximize fuel efficiency and minimize delays.

  • Support transport controller in managing driver rosters, leave, and timesheets.

  • Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

  • Help investigate and resolve delivery delays, breakdowns, or other logistical issues.

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, report preparation, and document filing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a logistics or transport-related role is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with transport management systems or fleet tracking tools is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work in 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation)
