You will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution from inception to completion — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects (commercial & landed).
Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Review technical drawings and ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Provide weekly progress updates to management and clients.
Coordinate handover and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry, particularly handling commercial and landed residential projects.
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or related fields.
Proven track record in managing full project cycles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Possession of own transport is an advantage (due to site visits).
