We’re a lean, growing team that values independence, quality work, and practical support for our clients.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Trainer to lead facial and body wellness training sessions, onboard clients, and support product knowledge development.

You’ll work closely with our internal team and resellers to ensure they’re confident in applying our treatment protocols and using our equipment.

What You’ll Do

· Deliver face-to-face and virtual training for facial and body treatments

· Conduct product and technique training for skincare and massage tools

· Support clients post-sale with treatment-related questions or troubleshooting

· Develop training materials (manuals, SOPs, slides, and simple videos)

· Participate in workshops or demo sessions when needed

· Stay updated on protocols, techniques, and product use

Who You Are

· At least 3 years’ experience in a training, therapist, or educator role in the beauty/wellness space

· Strong practical knowledge in skincare and facial techniques

· Some experience or willingness to be trained in body massage and wellness treatments

· Comfortable training small groups and guiding others step-by-step

· Open to TCM-based protocols (e.g., gua sha, cupping, meridian massage)

· Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to support our Mandarin-speaking clients)

· Proficient in PowerPoint and basic documentation tools

· Independent, proactive, and well-organized
