Job Scope:
- Making Fillings, ganache, fudge and buttercream
- Production of cakes, cupcakes,
- Layering of cakes
- Frosting of cakes with different techniques
- Layering of buttercream and fresh cream cakes
- Frosting & decorating of buttercream and fresh cream cakes based on client’s requirements
- Decoration of customised cake based on client’s requirements
- Monitor and reduce food wastage
- Any other duties as assigned
- Following head baker instruction
Requirements:
- 5/6 days alternate work week
- Responsible and a great team player
- Able to keep the work station neat and tidy at all times
- Highly motivated
- Basic decorating and pastry skills with prior experience working in bakery or have WSQ diploma in pastry and baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with good teamwork, willing to learn with passion in cake decorating
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
