Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for an Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Executive to
drive strategic communications and investor relations initiatives. In this role, you will be
responsible for crafting compelling narratives that strengthen Mighty Jaxx’s corporate
image, engaging with investors and stakeholders, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging
across all platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Corporate
Communications, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance,
Marketing, and People to align messaging with business goals.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders to
enhance trust and engagement
  • Develop investor communications, including earnings reports, investor decks, and
other key materials
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investor relations
strategies

Corporate Communications

  • Craft and implement corporate messaging to ensure consistency across all
channels
  • Manage media relations by drafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and
securing coverage
  • Oversee brand reputation and crisis communication strategies to mitigate risks

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate messaging with business
objectives
  • Monitor and analyse public sentiment, media coverage, and investor feedback to
inform strategies
  • Ensure compliance with corporate disclosure requirements and industry best
practices

Requirements

  • Compelling Communicator : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with
the ability to craft clear and persuasive narratives.
  • Agency Experience Preferred : Prior experience in investor relations, corporate
communications, or a related field - especially in an external agency setting.
  • Strategic & Solutions-Oriented : Strong critical thinking skills, a problem-solving
mindset, and the creativity to navigate challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Experience building networks, managing cross-border
communication, and maintaining relationships with investors, media, and key
stakeholders.
  • Highly Collaborative & Coachable : Adaptable team player who can engage
effectively with diverse audiences and is eager to learn and grow.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented : Ability to interpret trends, investor sentiment, and
business insights, with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management : Familiarity with media relations, crisis
communications, and reputation management.
  • Resilient & Agile : Able to work under tight deadlines, adjust to shifting priorities,
and balance short-term execution with long-term strategy
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Google Workspace and communication tools.
